New Business Support Expanded

Mon Sep 26 2022

A new project designed to support female entrepreneurship across Norfolk and Suffolk has been extended, following the successful launch of the new business initiative. An expanded range of dates has now been added to the offer with sessions in business pitching and mindset:

WoMENTA delivers blended training with practical advice and new business support to aspiring female entrepreneurs and has already delivered face to face events, online learning and 1:1 coaching to more than thirty clients.

Aspiring businesswomen from across Norfolk and Suffolk are given support from MENTA business coaches and a team of female business leaders. “Feedback has been great” says John Neild, chief operating office for MENTA, “we have already exceeded our initial targets and delivered 1:1 coaching as part of the programme”

The online sessions are delivered live and are open to any woman based in Norfolk or Suffolk, considering a move to starting a new business project.

WoMENTA is supported by NatWest Business and brings business coaches and business leaders together.

The new series of live online sessions look at price structuring, the key pitches, the business plans as well as how to deal with any blockers to your business plans.

MENTA have received the financial support from NatWest Business, Gaynor Read, is lead enterprise manager for NatWest and said – "The NatWest business team are thrilled to be supporting these new training dates and to be working with the MENTA team. I have met some inspiring female entrepreneurs and look forward to delivering an element of training and insight to the support we can offer.
