MENTA welcomes support for a new client CRM system

Tue Jun 06 2023

MENTA CEO, Alex Till, said “We are delighted that we have been successful in securing a grant from the Growth Through Innovation Fund (part of the wider New Anglia Business Growth Programme).  The grant has been funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) These funds allow the team to expand their insights and trackability of our clients’ needs and progress in business development. This further helps the understanding of need across our region for economic development and ongoing business support.

Mr Till added “MENTA's new CRM system will certainly enhance our business support services and provide a deeper understanding of clients' needs. As MENTA heads towards its forty years of service to the communities we serve – this will prove to be a great asset to our staff and client’s needs”.

Emma O’Connor who oversees internal staff process training as well as project management said “With this system in place, we will be able to gather and manage customer information more effectively, leading to a better service for both new and established businesses across the region. From charting the customer interactions and support received, we will now be better placed to ensure clients receive regular business health checks from our team and are made aware of any wider support for their sector”

The CRM system has brought several benefits to MENTA and has significantly helped the business in various ways.

Here are some ways in which the MENTA CRM system has made a positive impact:

Improved Customer Relationship Management: As the name suggests, the CRM system has enhanced MENTA's ability to manage relationships with its customers. It allows the organization to store and access detailed customer information in one centralized location. This accessibility ensures that MENTA staff can quickly and easily access customer data, including their history, preferences, and support needs. Having this information readily available enables MENTA to provide more personalized and targeted assistance, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Enhanced Service Delivery: The CRM system enables MENTA to better understand the needs of its clients. By analysing the data captured in the CRM, such as industry trends, challenges, and goals, MENTA can identify patterns and tailor its services accordingly. This enables the organization to offer more relevant and effective business support, ensuring that clients receive the specific assistance they require.

Streamlined Processes: The CRM system simplifies and automates various administrative tasks, such as data entry, tracking interactions, and managing appointments. This automation saves time for MENTA staff, allowing them to focus more on delivering valuable support to clients. Streamlined processes also reduce the chances of errors and ensure that customer data is accurate and up to date.

Improved Collaboration: The CRM system facilitates collaboration among MENTA staff members. With shared access to customer data, team members can work together more efficiently, collaborate on strategies, and share insights. This collaboration promotes a cohesive and coordinated approach to serving clients, leading to better outcomes for the economic development of the region.

Data-Driven Insights The CRM system generates valuable reports and analytics based on the data it collects. MENTA can leverage these insights to gain a deeper understanding of its client base, identify trends, and make informed decisions. These data-driven insights enable the organization to continuously improve its services, identify new opportunities, and refine its business support strategies.

In summary, the CRM system has helped MENTA improve customer relationship management, enhance our products and processes.
