DEEP for individuals looking for employment:

As part of our DEEP programme, we are also offering the opportunity for a limited number of jobseekers to obtain a free Clarity 4D personality profile and interview skills support. A Clarity 4D personality profile helps job seekers by increasing their self-awareness, improving interview confidence, and identifying roles that suit their natural strengths. It supports better communication, enhances team fit, and shows personal development potential—making candidates more prepared, focused, and appealing to employers.

What’s included:

  • A Free Clarity 4D personality profile
  • A 1-2-1 session to demystify their profile and establish the individual’s employment needs.
  • A second 1-2-1 session with an advisor supporting them on their employment needs established in the previous 1-2-1 session.
